PoolModo is a record-keeping application for pool chemistry readings, service notes, weather context, and equipment details. From the values you enter, it also calculates suggested chemical quantities and target ranges.
Those calculations are arithmetic performed on your inputs. PoolModo does not monitor your pool, does not test your water, and has no means of observing the actual condition of your pool.
PoolModo makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees about the quality, safety, or condition of your pool water at any time. Readings shown within target ranges do not mean your water is safe for swimming. Always use certified test kits or professional water testing services to verify actual water conditions.
Every number PoolModo displays derives from values you enter. PoolModo cannot verify that your test kit is accurate, that it was read correctly, or that a reading was entered without error. Inaccurate input produces inaccurate output.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the measurements you record are correct and current.
You are solely responsible for the type, quantity, timing, handling, and storage of any chemical you add to your pool, regardless of anything PoolModo displays. Suggested quantities are estimates, not instructions.
Before adding any chemical, verify the action against current test results, follow the manufacturer's label and safety directions, add one chemical at a time, and never mix chemicals. The product label governs; PoolModo does not restate or replace it.
PoolModo does not claim to be an authority on pool chemistry, water treatment, or chemical safety, and is not a substitute for a licensed pool professional, water treatment specialist, or chemical safety expert.
You should always consult a qualified pool professional regarding your water chemistry and the treatment of your pool.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PoolModo and its operators accept no liability and shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, or harm — including damage to property, equipment, or pool surfaces, and including personal injury — arising from use of or reliance on the application, including any suggested quantities, target ranges, trend data, or historical readings. Use of PoolModo is at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
PoolModo is offered with a free trial period, after which continued use of paid features requires either a Single subscription for $9.00 per year or a Multi subscription for $29.00 per year, plus any applicable sales tax. Single supports one pool. Multi supports up to 100 pools.
The subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price, and the payment method on file is charged on the renewal date until it is cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal, reachable via Manage billing on your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid term. Payments are processed by Stripe; PoolModo does not store your card details.
Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law, or at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
All pool data, readings, and notes stored in PoolModo are entered by you. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you record. Your data is stored privately in your account and is not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of PoolModo shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
These terms may be updated from time to time. When they change materially, you will be asked to review and accept the revised terms before continuing to use the application.
